Fueled To Perform is an ongoing nutrition coaching and accountability community.
This isn’t another crash diet or strict meal plan.
Instead, FTP focuses on teaching you how to fuel your body properly so you can:

Who Fueled To Perform Is For
FTP is designed for people who want to improve their relationship with food and build real nutrition habits.
This program is perfect for someone who:

You do not have to be a Krave athlete to join.
This program is open to anyone, anywhere who wants better nutrition habits.
How the Program Works
Once you join FTP, you’ll get access to a structured coaching system designed to keep you consistent.
Each week includes:
Weekly Live Nutrition Coaching
We meet every Monday at 8:00 PM CST for a live nutrition coaching call.
During these sessions we cover topics like:
Building balanced meals
Understanding macros
Grocery shopping strategies
Fueling for workouts
Fat loss vs performance nutrition
Habit building
If you can’t attend live, all calls are recorded, so you can watch them later.
Weekly Accountability
Consistency is the biggest difference between people who succeed and those who struggle.
Inside FTP you’ll have:
Weekly check-ins

Coach feedback

The program begins with an 8-week coaching phase.
Cost:$150 for the first 8 weeks (Commit by Friday, March 20th and it is $125.00)!
After that, if you love it, you can continue month-to-month for $75/month.
This allows you to keep the coaching, accountability, and community support going long term.

Our next FTP group kicks off Monday, March 23rd.
The first live coaching call will be:

This program is open enrollment, so once you're in, you can stay connected with the community and coaching.
